The focus of lix.plus is on the qualitative detection of road users. The detection area of the traffic is directed diagonally forwards and covers the width of two lanes. The reason for this is the function for distinguishing objects. In a further step, it is possible to count these objects. This makes it possible to adapt the lighting to the traffic volume and the road users. It is also possible to evaluate the data, which represents the first step towards traffic management.
